Angola: Interclube Beat Asa, Move to Fourth Position

Luanda — Interclube team last Sunday beat Atlético Sport Aviação (ASA) by 3-1, in an encounter for the 25th round of the first division National Football Championship (Girabola-2016), piling up now 41 points and moving up to the fourth position.

Jaime Pulson, Moco and Chico scored the Interclube goals, whereas Nelito scored ASA's sole goal.

The game, which closed the 25th round of Girabola, was played in Coqueiros Stadium, in Luanda.

ASA stand in the eleventh position with 29 points.

Still for the same round, Progresso do Sambizanga drew nil-nil with Recreativo da Caála, while Sagrada Esperança beat Académica do Lobito by 2-1.

1º de Agosto are the leaders of the championship with 54 points, followed by Recreativo do Libolo (51) and Petro de Luanda (51).

Porcelana do Cuanza Norte come last with 18 points.
