Angola: Progresso and Caála Draw

Luanda — Luanda-based Progresso do Sambizanga and Huambo's Recreativo da Caála played to a goalless draw on Sunday at the capital's Cidadela stadium for the 25th round of the national first division championship (GirabolaZap2016).

With this score, the two teams remain in their Girabola respective positions, that is Progresso (9th) with 32 points, and Caála (10th) with 30 points.

In another game for the same round, Lunda Norte's Sagrada Esperança defeated away Académica do Lobito by 2-1, rising to the eighth place with 32 points, while Academica remain penultimate (15th ) with 21 points.

Girabola2016 is currently led by Luanda-based 1º de Agosto with 54 points, followed by Recreativo do Libolo (Cuaza Sul) and Petro de Luanda, both with 51 points. Northern Cuanza Norte's Porcelana come last with 18 points.
